Admission Process
To admit a patient, there is an "Admit Patient" button located in the "Quick Links" menu on the patient's "More Details" page.
When you click the "Admit Patient" button, it takes you to a new page that displays a "New Patient Admission" form.
There are three sections on the form which include:
The "New Patient Admission" form includes the following sections:
- Patient Details: Displays the patient's details as entered during registration.
- Admission Form: Allows you to upload the consent form, assign a ward, assign a bed, choose an insurance cover, and set the admission date.
- Next of Kin Information: An optional section where you can add records by clicking the green "Add Record" button next to the "Go Back" button.
Finally, save the changes using the "Complete Admission" button.
