Start a Consultation

1. Begin the process​

Once a pending appointment has been taken by a clinician from the appointments section, a consultation is started.

2. Pre-consultation details​

When the process is started, you are redirected to a page where you can view and fill in the information that will give a doctor better understanding of the patient and their ailments.

3. Fill in necessary information​

  • If no vitals have been taken, you can take the patient's vitals. Learn how to take a patient's vitals

  • Record initial assessment and diagnosis information of the patient

  • Record details that comply with the Ministry Of Health (Kenya) requirements

4. Create a consultation​

Once all the fields have been populated, click on Continue button to start a consultation.

You are redirected to a consultation view with a success message message that the records were saved successfully
