Surgery Manager
Incase the admitted patient needs to be scheduled for a surgery, you access the surgery manager on the main menu and click on it.
It will redirect you to a new page that displays the name of the patient and if they are scheduled for a surgery.
If there are no surgeries it will display that there are no surgeries scheduled.
To add a surgery for the patient, click the add surgery button on the far right, it will display a new page with the patients form and an option of opening the patient's file.
Below this details is a form that needs to be filled to book a surgery for a patient.
Once done you save and continue using the "save and continue" button.
form fields explained
- Operating Room: choose opering room where the surgery is going to take place.
- Choose a package: Choose a package that is more convenient for the patient considering their monetary status.
- Procedure Name: Key in the name of the type of surgery the patient is going to go through.
- Type: The type of emergency can be elective or emergency.
- Anaesthesia type: Choose what kind of anaesthesia should be administered.
The packages can be managed by adding or deleting packages.
Managing packages
Attached to the choose package field is the manage package which once clicked redirects you to a different page where you can add, remove or edit the packages present according to your liking.

As we continue adding medications during the administartion process and all that is required, the bill continues adding itself progressively.
