Dashboard


Once a user is granted access to the system, this is the first page they land at. It provides an overview of all functionality within the application.

Search feature

This feature is located on the top right side of the screen. It is accessible on any page within the application. It enables a user to quickly retrieve records for a particular patient or inventory item.

Once clicked, It displays a page where one can switch between Patients and Inventory on the top right of the screen. A list of records matching the search keyword is shown below when the user types in the input field at the top as shown below.

Once a match is found, clicking the name of the record displays the details of the record.

Today's Numbers

This section provides a brief summary of important activities within the day. Here you can trace:

  • Outpatient visits today
  • Prescriptions dispensed today
  • Inpatient visits today
  • Lab tests today

Quick Menu

This section provides quick links to other sections of the system. Here you can:

  • Access the patient database records
  • Register a new patient
  • Access records of patient vitals - Triage
  • Access the patient appointment schedules - Service Queue
  • Access consultation records
  • Access payment records
  • Access inventory items
  • Access supply requests
  • Access laboratory services and records
  • Access prescription records
  • Access reports center

Options available may reduce depending on the role you are logged in as. The role can be checked at the bottom bar on larger screens as shown below.

Outpatient visit Chart

This section displays a chart showcasing how often outpatients have made appointments with your clinic.

The hamburger menu on the top right offers a few options for viewing and exporting the chart. These include :

  • viewing chart in full screen

while in full screen, you can return to minified version of the chart by clicking escape key.

  • exporting the chart in different formats; that is :

    • png, jpeg images
    • pdf document
    • svg image
    • Comma Separated Values (CSV)
    • Excel format (XLS)
  • viewing a data table. Once clicked the data table is displayed below the chart with x values (number of patients) and y values (number of appointments made).
